Do you ever feel like it means more to you than it would to most when you do have an awesome time? You know, because some days are just awful from the pain? I know I smiled a big smile for you seeing this post, and I might not have had that same reaction with other folks. But I grok a day like that for you might be extra special, since some days for cronic pain folk are destined not to be good ones from the moment you groan rolling out of bed. Do you know what I mean?
Absolutely this. The fact I haven't BEEN well enough to even consider going to the fair for the last 2 years and that I got there at 8pm and there is no way I could handle a whole day standing means I packed in SO MUCH prioritized fun into 4 hours you would not believe it. Amy was a blast and she even said that she loved my mini fair trip. People don't understand how lucky they are to have the freedom to do what they choose and not have their body by an evil task master. Escaping from the evil task master is indeed a think of more joy than one who is totally unaware that something besides them "getting sick of this" or "getting tired" could end their fun.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the second picture. That's the Lanette I adore beyond belief. It's good to see her again. ;)
I also love the last pic and am cracking up over the chick next to you picking her teeth. WTF? It's funny when people stand in lines it's like being in their car. They forget that they are visible I guess. lol
It was so fun! I wish I could go again next weekend! That girl picking her braces is the one I had to rope into going on the ride with me as they would only allow 2 people to go since your butt would slide around dangerously if not, so I was thankful to have her, tooth picking or no. It ruled!
