You know what? I hate that I've joined the leagues of people with Chronic Pain...but I'm taking steps to help myself, and I think that's all that we can do...right? I'm looking into deep tissue massage and acupuncture. And I know that my pain is far different than yours, but I'm wondering if you have any other ideas for me?

I just had the brain-explosion of coming out *there* for grad school...I looked at University of Idaho, but it's in the middle of freaking NOWHERE...I should look in actual Washington.

Well, seeing the pain specialist helped me more than other things. I also have a guided meditation DVD that helps some when you start to panic when the pain gets out of control. I would be glad to burn it and mail you a copy if you'd like to try it. If so, just message me your snail mail address here and I'll send it to you. As much as I hate to admit it, nothing but stronger medication worked for me. I was really hoping Physical Therapy would do the trick, or massage, but in my case that stuff didnt work.
