I bought the stuff to make my Armore prototypes yesterday!! Pretty happy about that.

I am going to be ebaying lots of my knitting yarn, some of my clothes that are awesome, yet do not fit currently, and some shoes in hopes that the money I raise can go into my new project and possible purchasing of my website.

The oven repair went so badly that on his second visit to repair the thing the head repair tech gave up trying to fix our oven after it burned out a $200 main board without fixing the issue. The oven itself lit, but once he used Broil the main board fried and wouldn't work again. We've called Whirlpool and gotten a Whirlpool contracted repair person, so hopefully if they burn out a $200 mainboard, Whirlpool (and not us) will have to pay for it. This is a 1.5 year old gas oven which was bought at Sears for just under $1000 in 2007. What a bunch of crapola. I have had no oven since Dec 20th, so wish me luck. I am lucky that our range still works and that my Mom lent me her toaster oven.

I am super excited to be going to Belize on Feb 15th! I have started packing already. I can't WAIT! I do need some book recommenations. Here's what I'm looking for.

1. Fantasy series that I haven't read already which is ALL written. A trilogy would be perfect.
2. Favorite series so far are The Black Jewels books by Anne Bishop, the Kushiel's books by Jacqueline Carrey, and The Codex Alera by Jim Butcher.

The Golden Compass movie was sooo disappointing compared to the book(s). I was also disappointed by the Mists movie.

If you liked Mists of Avalon, try The Firebrand by Marion Zimmer Bradley. LOVED IT. It's about Kassandra of Troy. It's a single, not a trilogy but I loved it.
