I made a fruit and grain salad today with Quinoa. Not sure how I feel about it. I wonder if Craig will like it.
It's that recipe plus pomegranate seeds, chopped celery, craisins and multi-colored raisins. It turned out a bit too vinegary. What can I add to counteract that?
Tonight for dinner I'm making porkchops with mini pecan apple tarts for dessert. Here's hoping I feel better by Friday. I'm 20% better today just resting, taking in LOTS of water.
