Announced Today [Sep. 23rd, 2008|08:30 am]
[Current Mood |excitedexcited]

And NO-I won't buy you software because I don't have any left. I'll tell you when it's time that you can get some for donating to the MS Walk.

It was interesting how things have changed in the last ten years, a group of us watched the event in one of our conference rooms today and spent most of the time whining about video lag etc.

And yet, watching video live over the net years ago? Impossible!

It'll be interesting for me to dig into all the feature lists a bit, the event today was on such a superficial level due to their time constraints. :(

My favorite feature is "Share my Screen" which is Acrobat ConnectNow. It's free for up to 3 people, so check it out when you get CS4. It's really simple and useful, which is why I like it. It's one of the few things I think is really intuitive and just takes NOTHING to learn, which is why I love it and think other people will to.

Free and easy, what's not to love?

Ok, The Illustrator CS4 Gradients are to DIE FOR. Best thing in Illustrator since gradient mesh, but you KNOW I'm reckless with gradients and transparency.

Also, new type features in Fireworks actually means type is better for the web for once.

Ooh I didn't realize MS was your charity. That's really awesome.

It must suck to have a bunch of people begging you for software. ;)

Ah well. I shall acquire it like the rest of the world. Upgrade from my current version when I can afford it. Hehe.

I'm really pleased with how things are progressing in InDesign.
