Lash Tinting and Brow Waxing
Umm disappointing way to waste $50. Well $60 after tip to get waxed brows, pretty much very dark lashes but also very dark around eye area too? And the TIPS aren't even dark on the lashes, just the part close to the eyes. Not so impressed. Will not do again.

Hair Color and Cut
WHOA awesome. $170 after tip. Ouch, but WHOA AWESOME. Took almost 3 hours though, mega pain to sit that long. Now am flared.

Pretty Arrival from Drugstore.com
Contains "hammertoe relief". Will not restore broken ligament. Another surgery? Do not want. Want other doctor to say "Use hammertoe relief from drugstore.com, then you'll be happy and comfy". Why can't I have normal fixable problems like other people get to whine about? No, it has to be a long drawn out ordeal like an episode of House. In happy thoughts, at least I can still wear heels.

I had my lashes tinted at a salon several times, liked the results but not the cost, so I bought a lash tinting kit at Sally's for something like $25. This was a few years ago. I use so little of it each time that it may very well be a lifetime supply.

How do you tint them yourself? Isn't it dangerous?

The kit comes with 3 bottles of solution (dye, activator, and spot remover), blotters and applicators. I take off all makeup, wash my face, apply the dye solution (actually a clear liquid) with an applicator (toothpick with a flat end). I let that dry for a minute, then apply the activating solution with another toothpick applicator. I wait a couple minutes, then wash my face, and repeat the process one more time. If I get any dark solution on my skin, I use the spot remover to take it off before it sets in. The whole process takes maybe 10 minutes (less probably).

It's very easy as long as you have a steady hand.

Oh! I can't wait to see. I love my hair, but mine takes 3 hours to do too. :-/ I hope you're feeling better by this morning.

Sucks about the tint. Maybe we should try the ones you can buy at the beauty supply store? It wouldn't hurt.

Yay! Another surgery!
