You can not understand the joy of now owning 10 pairs of underwear which do not ride up my butt after 14 days of violating undergarments.
Thanks for the suggestions! I now own all kinds ranging in price from $1.99 to $3.49 from Ross. They are all size 5 with one size 6 and you would not believe how adorable the "string bikini hipster" looks. It's precious. Craig will love it.
With that said, I'm exhausted and going to bed.
For those who think I'm not following doctor's orders I'll have you know that the 72 hours post drain removal has passed. I'm still not allowed to drive, exercise (beyond my shorter walks), have sex, or work until after I'm checked out on Monday, but as tolerated I am allowed to participate in SOME outings.
I solved many chronic problems today so that I can have visitors!! If you visit please try to remember not to eat all of the food as it is hard for me to replace since I can't drive, try not to make a mess, and realize that I can't be up for long or bend over and pick things up off the floor. Otherwise, I'd love the company. I purchased many small plates and Angela washed them. This means I can eat even if other people use most of my dishes. I bought a $20 light reversible comforter since that cats destroyed the old one, and I get to donate the old one to a pet rescue place that really needs them. If you ever have old blankets, let me know because we know some folks who have scared rescue doggies that need them.
I also got 10 hangers so now I can hang up coats in the closet! I got a spare key made. It's been on my list for MONTHS.
I still have not gotten my glasses fixed :(. Also, my car was minorly wrecked and they are reviewing the tape to find out why if possible (No, I wasn't driving it.)
Otherwise, life, and CERTAINLY my mood, is improving. Craig is feeling much better this evening.
My Mom and carryaway taking me to Ross was awesome, and my dear sister vivaine666 going to sushi with us in her adorable hat also made me feel like a happy girl again. Alive. Now I tip over.
