|Losing a Customer

Deepdiscount.com has royally pissed me off. My gifts for my Dad, my Sister, and Craig were placed on Dec 8th and none of the status showed as backordered. They just shipped a tiny portion of the items today, expected to arrive on Dec 27th at the soonest! The items I need most didn't even ship yet!!
I sent them quite an email.
Now I have to go shopping all over again. With very sore Quads.
Oh what fun it is to piss off your customers in a one horse open bad company policy!
