Today was the lowest weight of all time. If I lose anymore weight I'm out of the target range. I told this to Craig and his reply was hilarious.

"Don't worry, honey. We are leaving for Leavenworth in the morning and you'll be so stuffed full of delicious cheeses and wine your body won't know what hit it! You won't have to worry about weight loss this weekend."

He has a point. I'm also realizing that the holiday season is approaching quickly, so if I lost 5-10lbs more it wouldn't be so bad to have a regain buffer.

I tried to get myself a healthy calorific breakfast today. A whole wheat english muffin with eggs, bacon, and cheese on it. I ate not even 1/2 of it and now I feel sick. Next time maybe I'll start smaller.

i'm thinking you shouldn't be so stressed out about the weight loss? things will steady out in the long run. just keep eating healthy :)

you definitely don't want to go from on extreme to the other in your stress ;)

Well, the thing about maintaining in a range is that I need practice at being at a stable weight to establish a routine of eating healthy, and enough food. I just want to stay within the normal BMI range once I have my extra skin removed.

As a person with abnormal weight chronically, it isn't something I can just ignore and have it "work out" like most people can. I have to watch it on either side so it doesn't become a medical issue for me. It's the same as any other medical problem, even when treatment is working, it has to be maintained and monitored in more detail than someone who doesn't have any medical issue would need to.

Probably too much concentrated fat and protein at once. Those tend to take longer for the body to break down, and with your...alternate digestive tract, I'd guess it was just to much too fast.

I got up to just over 180 last weekend (as of Monday morning), but by this morning I was back down to 176.2. From experience, stuff you put on fast comes off almost as fast, at least for me. It's the stuff you reinforce for years that takes a while to pull back off.

I just realized today that I've lost exactly half of my size from my highest weight.
