|The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

- Had to drive to work today even though I was supposed to work at home because I couldn't get my remote desktop working across VPN even though it works within machines in my office.
-Bad pain day.
+Brought clothes and after a quick chat with Craig, I decided to join the gym closest to my work today. We may eventually end up with a home gym which will give me more options, but until then, I still need more exercise with a consistent time that I can control. I also want some sessions with a trainer as I can physically DO more now that I'm at a healthy weight for my body. I need to push it more. Trying to coordinate and motivate someone else is most likely more than I can handle at this point on top of a stressful job, doing most all of the diet planning and cooking, and dealing with my medical issues. Really, the best way to help other people is to do just what THEY ask you to, and otherwise, be a good example. My work reimburses $25 a month if you actuall go to the gym, so it will cost me very little to be a member there.
+Making great progress on my work goals. I'm kind of rocking this week. I'm proud of my clear thinking and calm attitude which has been really hard to find in all of the change going on.
+So thankful for our house, for Craig, for the kitties, for Midnight doing well, for friends and family who SHOW UP (Your generosity is noticed and appreciated), and in general for life going so well.
(Ugly)-My hair is in this awful stage of growout. To top that off, I have no sweatshirts that fit, so here I am, a size M or L at worst, wearing a size 18/20 sweatshirt because I'm cold. It's unflattering to say the least. I'm seeking a very LONG sweatshirt. My issue is, I need long because I don't like my extra belly skin to show. Must be 27-32" long.
