Well, sadly, the Seahawks lost, but we really enjoyed our first game in HD as well as the watermelon Sorbet.


Note: This is NOT a sugar free recipe, but it is a low fat and low cal recipe. If you are very sensitive to sugar, this recipe may make you ill.

Per Serving
90 Calories
20 Carbohydrates
1 Protein
4 Sodium
1 Fiber

3 cups pureed watermelon
1 cup simple syrup (1/2 sugar 1/2 water boiled then cooled)
2 tbs lime juice

Put in ice cream maker and follow directions.

The sorbet is shockingly mostly watermelon (which you can still get in the stores for a few weeks). Very yummy and feels like a real dessert for very little effort and calories. It was a hit at our little football shindig.
