I really want to go to dance class tonight, but my calves are still horridly sore as is my lower back from doing way too much.
Should I go and try to take it easy? Go to just the first hour and leave if I'm in bad shape? Go to the second class (the harder more advanced one that I need more to learn the moves?).
Right now I'm feeling more "go home and sit in front of the TV and snarf down chocolate". Ugh. Next Wed I have another doc appt.
