I just got a call from deepdiscount.com where I ordered the book months ago. I have not gotten my copy yet, despite them shipping it early. I promised them to not open it until Midnight at the soonest, and they appreciated it. I'm surprised I don't have it yet. :( Worried that someone else snagged it early and did something bad to it.

They are actually sending me a free t-shirt and a gift certificate (not sure why), because I agreed to not go ebaying and spreading spoilers.

how'd they ship it? I know a bunch of people already received their copy from deepdiscount (and they are getting in trouble) but I also know that most vendors shipping put labels on the boxes to tell the shipping company to hold the items until Saturday delivery.

I ordered it on "standard shipping" and they say it went out on 7/13, so my guess is it's being held for Saturday shipping.
