Those flowers were for my girls at work. They each got one and they are from my garden. Doesn't my garden rule? Now, if only I had a cow and some more berries the parfaits might be from my garden, but alas, they are not. :)

I think glittery ponies and world peace would win the day. I hope to see a phost about it later on my friends list, so get to it! Good luck! :)

Well, the sprinkler system put in by the master gardener who used to live here doesn't hurt. ;)

I love berries. One of my favorite parts of spring and summer is the fresh produce.

Would you be willing to divulge the recipe? I mean, besides the berries and whipped cream. It looks like there is some kind of pudding?

Yes. It's sugar free fat free jello cheesecake flavored pudding and real whipped cream with a tiny bit of vanilla and splenda. Nothing more to it! Has raspberries and blueberries.

Incredibly creative!!!

Your garden RULES!!! And your parfaits look delicious---I wish I could eat those--but, I am back on my strict food plan--no goodies for me!

Re: Incredibly creative!!!

When your plan allows it, this is a no sugar added parfait. The pudding is cheesecake flavored sugar free fat free and it's still good without the splenda whipped cream if that doesn't fit in the food plan. I am trying to gain a few pounds, so that's why the whipped cream. I'm supposed to gain 5lbs by June 25th, and I've been working hard at it! I'm up 3 as of today!
