Last night I went to drown my woes in Bellevue Square. I purchased 2 very ugly sports bras at Penny's to support my gym activities. I am very sad to report I'm a pathetic 34C now, and that is loose! I can't only hope that they are doing vanity sizing on bras now. I was a sassy 36D just one year ago. *sniff* I made returns to Sephora (well, exchanges actually), and got the Clinique gift with purchase from Macy's. I think it would be best if all of you other makeup whores were to buy the "dramatically different" moisturizer and end up with the gift as it is uplifting to your skin and spirit for a mere $23.50. I then went to exchange my extra business card holder at Fireworks and was in so much pain that I had to just get a giftcard and head straight home. By the time I got home I was fantasizing about people twisting my head off to break my neck and was dry heaving due to head pain AND leg pain. I was shaking. No amount of makeup joy cold help.|
So I took a pill (that I wasn't supposed to) and hid under a blankie and Craig made an artichoke and some soup for dinner.
This morning I told the doctor that I just can't take life like this, even for one week. He told me either it is better in 2 days or he'll help me more. He gave me more mirgranal and instructions to get a massage (which I will).
He told me he will see me next week no matter what. I asked him how long until my head felt better. He said it should be better tonight and slightly better each night I don't take Lyrica, but could take up to 2 weeks. He also said that if it isn't lyrica it may not go away and we'll have to get an MRI of my head and get me in to the ER, ect. He told me that one lady was overusing asprin and had a discontinuation migraine for 3 months!!! That's the worst case he ever heard of. I was about to kick him when he said 3 months!!
He said re: leg pain that we have to get rid of the headache first and then we'll talk strategy. He has many ideas and will also send me to Swedish Pain Management with all info to get even more ideas and consult with Dr. Irving.
I left my phone at home today on the charger, so email me or comment here if ya want.
In other news I have on glittery tights and may phost later (that's my new word for photo post. You likey?)
Phost... brilliant! :) I heart made up words on occasion. ;)
From now on I'm going to dub all meme and survey posts to be fauxsts.
Oh honey, you poor thing. It WILL get better. Because I said so! You and the doc will get it figured out. I just wish it would be quicker:S
Call me tonight? I have questions for you about the MS Walk. Also, please reply with your MS Docs name (is he a Neurologist?)

Re: Now you know if you post too many memes and surveys
I'm allergic to the "dramatically different" moisturizer -- my g'ma always gets me the clinique gifts and I always have to give the little ones in the gift away (but I can use their lipstick and stuff without problem, my skin is so picky). :)
I miss Fireworks, that store is so fun!
I wish the headache would go away :(
That's a sad thing to be allergic too, but compared to wheat, air, or water, I guess not so terribly sad. Anyhow, I love the philosophy hope in a jar too. Have you tried that? Sephora would give you a sample I'd bet.
