I called them today, taking a mere 35 minutes of my time (this is a vast improvement from the full hour on hold previously).
Order still was not cancelled. Yes, this being my 7th attempt, I was a bit disappointed in that fact. The rep had to call a manager over to even find my order and insisted that the last order I placed was on Jun 14th, 2007.
I said that was interesting since I have a listing right in from of me and a charge from the on December 8th and over 9 items which were shipped to me which I rejected as I'd cancelled the order before anything shipped and if she wouldn't mind setting it so I never get one thing shipped ever from them again and give me my money now it would be ideal.
I then said that I hoped to never get any merchandise with their company name on it again ever as it would be worth paying for to never deal with them again. And also that I was sorry that she had to deal with such a lame system and it must be hard, and also that I hoped she could find some comedy in my 6 hours invested in trying to resolve the situation.
I believe there will be a round 8.
